Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dan Pengasuhan Orang tua terhadap Karakter Kristiani Siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Balige

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on the personal competence of Christian religious education teachers and parental care on the Christian character of class IX students at SMP Negeri Balige sub-district. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with inferential statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: There is a positive and significant influence on the personality competence of Christian religious education teachers and parental care on the Christian character of class IX students at SMP Negeri Balige sub-district. The results of the data analysis show that There is a positive and significant influence on the personality competence of Christian religious education teachers and Parental Care on the Christian character of class IX students at SMP Negeri Balige sub-district. Evidenced by the following values: Hypothesis test obtained t_count > t_table, namely 1) variable X₁ with variable Y, obtained from t_count = 9.98 > 1.974 and (r²) = 37.08%, thus it is known that there is a significant influence positive between variable X₁ and variable Y; 2) variable X₂ with variable Y, the value of t_count = 12.79 > 1.974 and (r²) = 49.14% thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable X₂ and variable Y; 3) the variable X₁ with X₂ is obtained from the value of t_count = 9.76> 1.974 and (r²) = 36.36%, with multiple linear regression equations Ŷ=0,2+0,309X₁+0,749 X₂ and it is known that the F_count value is 101.40 with a F_table value of 3.05 then the F_count>F_table value of these values can be determined that the research hypothesis is Ha=F_h>F_t. accepted and H₀ = F_h<F_t rejected.
